I’m Sam.
Still practicing.
Ten years in strength, conditioning, and athlete development taught me to respect what practice makes possible.
Now I’m carrying those questions into writing, work, and the rest of life. I’m a husband and father of two. Soma is where I explore the gap between understanding something and being able to use it.
